The Cres Cor RO-151-FW-1332DX Quiktherm® cook and hold oven combines rethermalization, convection, and holding functions in one full-size, reach-in unit. This floor model oven features a single cavity with adjustable slides that can hold 18 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches or 32 baskets measuring 13 inches by 26 inches, with spacing adjustable on 1¹/₂-inch centers. Operating at 8 kilowatts, it reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit and offers both moist and dry heat cooking options. Deluxe LED controls with 18 programmable menus and a 6-inch food probe for precise management of temperature and humidity. The AquaTemp® system monitors and adjusts humidity and temperature in real time, while the power boosting switch lets users fine-tune airflow based on cooking needs. Its ventless design makes installation simple, eliminating the need for external ventilation.

Built for durability, the Cres Cor RO-151-FW-1332DX features stainless steel construction with interior coved corners for easy cleaning. The insulated, field-reversible Dutch doors minimize heat loss and are fitted with high-temperature ceramic magnetic latches for secure closure. Anti-microbial latches provide added safety by reducing germ transmission, and the integral drip trough at the front of the unit keeps the work area dry. The oven is mounted on four heavy-duty 5-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability during operation. This unit includes a 4-gallon stainless steel water pan with an 1850-watt heater for humidity control and an automatic water fill system with a low water indicator.
