Designed for versatility and precision, the Cres Cor RO-151-FWUA-18DX Quiktherm® cook and hold oven combines rethermalization, convection, and holding functions in a single, full-size, reach-in unit. This floor model oven features a single cavity with 18 sets of adjustable universal angles on 1¹/₂-inch centers, accommodating a wide range of pan sizes. This unit reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes both moist and dry heat options for flexible food preparation. Deluxe LED digital controls with 18 programmable menu options and a 6-inch food probe ensure precise temperature and humidity control. The AquaTemp® system continuously monitors and adjusts both temperature and humidity, prioritizing air temperature to maintain food safety and texture. The power boosting switch permits users to modify airflow for specific cooking requirements, while the ventless design simplifies installation by eliminating the need for external ventilation.

The Cres Cor RO-151-FWUA-18DX oven features a durable stainless steel construction with smooth interior coved corners for easy cleaning and prevention of grease buildup. The field-reversible Dutch doors are fully insulated to minimize heat loss and are fitted with high-temperature ceramic magnetic latches for secure closing. Anti-microbial latches enhance food safety by reducing the spread of germs, and the integral drip trough at the front of the unit keeps the floor dry and safe. The oven is mounted on four heavy-duty 5-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked, providing mobility even when fully loaded.
