The Cres Cor RR-UA16-DE full-size cook and hold oven is designed for high-volume cooking, rethermalizing, and holding. This roll-in, single-cavity oven holds one universal angle rack with space for 16 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches or 32 pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches. It operates at 8,000 watts, reaching up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for roasting, baking, and reheating prepared meals. The solid-state digital controls with a clear LED display make adjusting temperature and humidity simple, while the power boosting switch lets users control airflow based on cooking needs. The ventless, stainless steel construction includes a smooth interior with coved corners for easy cleaning, and the solid door has a high-temperature magnetic latch with an antimicrobial handle for added safety. Adjustable legs provide stability, and the door can be reversed in the field if needed.
