Cres Cor RRUA16DX full-size cook-and-hold oven features one universal angle rack great for preparing cookies, pizzas, and similar products in bulk. The rack accommodates (16) 18-inch and 26-inch pans for high-capacity cooking operations, and the body is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and simple cleaning. The adjustable legs keep this unit elevated off the floor, so it's simple to clean underneath when needed. To reduce heat loss, the interior is fully insulated.

This Cres Cor RRUA16DX cook-and-hold oven is easy to operate with its 18 programmable menu options. It can be set as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit so users can roast, cook, bake, prethermalize, and hold all in one unit. A 6-inch probe is included with the unit for food-probe cooking, and temperatures are simple to track using the LED display. The power-boosting switch reduces or increases airflow as needed.
