This Hatco GR2BW-24 Glo-Ray® Designer buffet warmer uses prefocused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hard-coated heated base to keep prepared foods at safe serving temperatures. To minimize heat loss, the top heating system directs heat to the holding surface's outer edges, which is where most heat escapes. Operators can adjust the heated base between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostat to accommodate changing holding requirements. Overall, its shelf can hold a 12³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch full-size food pan.

For front-of-house applications, the Hatco GR2BW-24 buffet warmer's contemporary design features a clear anodized aluminum construction to match an array of decors in buffets, cafeterias, and casual restaurants. Two shatter-resistant incandescent lights mounted above the shelf illuminate displayed contents and protect food from bulb breakages. Plexiglass sneeze guards integrated on both sides shield merchandised dishes from airborne contaminants without obstructing the view. This 30¹/₄-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 19-inch-high pass-thru unit is ideal for countertop placement and can connect a kitchen and serving area.
