Great for holding prepared, wrapped foods for short periods of time, the Hatco GRS-42-D countertop warming shelf is heated with a blanket-type foil element that evenly disperses heat across the surface. As menus change, users can modify the shelf's surface temperatures from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostatic control. This unit's on/off switch is simple to operate and glows when it's in use to notify employees.

This freestanding Hatco GRS-42-D heated shelf measures 42 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high for introducing an additional heated surface to prep stations, pass-thru areas, and buffet lines. It's positioned on 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that prevent inadvertent adjustment as food pans are loaded onto its surface. For durability and resistance to rust or corrosion, its top is resilient stainless steel, while its base is extruded aluminum.
