Measuring 48 inches wide by 6 inches deep, the Hatco GRS-48-A Glo-Ray® heated shelf provides a long, narrow surface for plates to sit on buffet lines or between pass-thru areas. It can also be used as a heated work shelf and has an adjustable thermostat to suit different applications. Equipped with a blanket-style element, this unit offers uniform distribution across the entire surface without hot or cold spots. Fiberglass insulation in the unit keeps heat around the top surface, which is made of stainless steel to ease the cleaning process. The rest of the base is made of extruded aluminum€”a corrosion-resistant material that withstands heavy use. Adjustable legs keep the shelf balanced on countertops, while the feet prevent slipping.
