Hatco GRS-48-B 48"W Countertop Warming Shelf w/ 3 Warmer(s), Thermostatic Controls

This Hatco GRS-48-B Glo-Ray® heated shelf measures 48 inches wide by 7³/₄ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high for buffet lines or pass-thru stations requiring an extra heated surface. Its stainless steel surface resists rust, corrosion, and wear through frequent use, while its extruded aluminum base is attached to 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that stabilize this shelf on table tops. These feet also elevate the base so operators can clean beneath it with ease.

Operators can adjust the Hatco GRS-48-B warming shelf's thermostatic control between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure prepared foods are held at safe serving temperatures. A blanket-type foil element warms the surface uniformly, generating enough heat for short-term applications for to-go orders. To keep heat near the surface, it's built with fiberglass insulation, and this unit features a power switch that illuminates when it's turned on.
