For keeping to-go orders and wrapped hot dogs or biscuits at safe serving temperatures, the Hatco GRS-48-C countertop warming shelf's holding surface can maintain set temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit for short periods of time. While its blanket-type foil element distributes heat evenly, fiberglass insulation preserves heat near the surface to minimize temperature fluctuations. This unit's built-in power switch simplifies operations and glows to indicate it's on.

This Hatco GRS-48-C heated shelf features a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel surface that withstands heavy use and repeated temperature fluctuations. Its extruded aluminum base is affixed to nonslip rubber feet that secure this unit in place as products are loaded and removed; the 4-inch-tall design of these legs also lets operators clean beneath it. Compatible with back- and front-of-house applications, this freestanding, portable unit measures 48 inches wide by 9³/₄ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches tall.
