To-go orders, wrapped hot dogs, and breakfast sandwiches can be warmed on the Hatco GRS-48-G Glo-Ray® heated shelf's 48-inch-wide by 15³/₄-inch-deep stainless steel surface that resists rust, corrosion, and wear from high-volume use and can simply be wiped clean. Its extruded aluminum base is secured to nonslip rubber feet that ensure stabilization on countertops, buffet lines, and pass-thru areas. These 4-inch feet also elevate the base for thorough cleaning underneath.

For precise temperature modification, this Hatco GRS-48-G countertop warming shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted to a set level between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A blanket-type foil element warms the holding surface evenly and maintains heat for short-term holding. Fiberglass insulation keeps heat near the surface to minimize energy loss and temperature fluctuations that could affect performance. Staff can quickly determine if this unit is in use by looking at the power rocker switch, which illuminates when the unit is on.
