To-go orders and packaged meals can be held on the Hatco GRS-48-K Glo-Ray® heated shelf's 48-inch-wide by 23¹/₂-inch-deep stainless steel surface for short periods. As holding requirements change, operators can modify temperatures from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control. This warmer's blanket-type foil element sports an expansive design for uniform heat distribution, while fiberglass insulation keeps that heat near the surface.

This Hatco GRS-48-K warming shelf is fitted with nonslip rubber feet for stabilization on workstations, buffet lines, and pass-thru areas during loading and removal, and these 4-inch-tall feet raise the unit for cleaning underneath. To maintain a sleek appearance throughout front- or back-of-house applications, its stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base resist corrosion. Because its power switch illuminates during use, staff can quickly discern if the unit is on.
