To accommodate ever-changing holding requirements, the Hatco GRS-54-A Glo-Ray® heated shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted to a set temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type foil element evenly generates heat across the holding surface, which is great for short-term holding. By preserving heat at the holding surface, its fiberglass insulation minimizes temperature fluctuations that could create cold spots and affect product quality. Operators can quickly turn this unit on or off with the rocker switch, which glows to notify users the unit is in use.

This Hatco GRS-54-A warming shelf measures 54 inches wide by 6 inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high and has a freestanding design that can be implemented into existing pass-thru areas and buffet lines. As to-go orders, food pans, and packaged meals are loaded or retrieved, the shelf's four 4-inch nonslip rubber feet stabilize it. Its stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base combine to establish a sleek, minimalist look for front- or back-of-house applications.
