To match front- or back-of-house stations, the Hatco GRS-54-C Glo-Ray® freestanding heated shelf features a sleek, practical stainless steel holding surface atop an extruded aluminum base. Both the surface and base resist corrosion and can be wiped clean. Food pans, wrapped meals, and orders waiting for pickup can be held on its 54-inch-wide by 9³/₄-inch-deep surface. As products are placed on the surface or removed, its 4-inch-tall nonslip rubber feet prevent inadvertent adjustments.

This Hatco GRS-54-C heated shelf's blanket-type foil heating element ensures uniform heat distribution, and staff can adjust temperatures from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostatic control as holding requirements change. To conserve energy, fiberglass insulation preserves surface heat, while a built-in on/off switch illuminates when the unit is in use so operators can determine the shelf's status at a glance.
