Great for keeping food warm on buffet lines, the Hatco GRS-60-B Glo-Ray® heated shelf is 60 inches wide by 7³/₄ inches deep. A blanket-type element provides heat to the warming surface, and it is designed for even distribution without cold or hot spots. To accommodate different products, the user can adjust the temperature with the thermostat. Because fiberglass insulation is integrated into the shelf, it does not lose much heat around the heat surface. The top is made of stainless steel€”a durable material that is relatively convenient to wipe down.
