Because the Hatco GRS-60-C Glo-Ray® warming shelf is 60 inches wide, it fits in large pass-thru areas and holds a sizable amount of product on buffet lines. To provide even heat distribution, the heating element has a blanket design, and staff members can adjust the temperature with the thermostatic control depending on the product. Insulation reduces heat loss at the surface, helping maintain the set level. The stainless steel top is durable and convenient to clean, while the extruded aluminum base increases its overall strength. For stability on the counter, the legs are adjustable, and the feet are made of rubber.
