Ideal for front-of-house or back-of-house applications, the Hatco GRS-60-K Glo-Ray® heated shelf can be used on buffet lines or as a heated work surface. It measures 60 inches wide by 231/2 inches deep, providing plenty of space for serving platters or steam pans. The stainless steel top surface has an even heating pattern created by the blanket-style element, and the operator can adjust the heat level on the thermostat. Equipped with 4-inch legs, the unit sits off the countertop, and its nonskid feet are adjustable to maintain stability.
