Perfect for buffet lines or back-of-house warming, the Hatco GRS-66-A Glo-Ray® heated shelf can be accessed from both sides. It holds food on a long, 6-inch-deep surface. To provide even heating, a blanket-style element warms the surface and fiberglass insulation holds heat around the top. Because this unit is controlled thermostatically, its temperature is precise and employees can adjust the temperature level to accommodate specific dishes. The stainless steel top is smooth and simple to clean, while the aluminum base is corrosion resistant. Rubber feet prevent the unit from slipping across the countertop.
