The Hatco GRS-66-E Glo-Ray® warming shelf is ideal for serving lines, pass-thru applications, or use as a heated work shelf. The surface warms food with a blanket-type heating element that provides uniform heat. An adjustable thermostat controls the surface temperature, while the fiberglass insulation keeps heat at the holding surface. Built to withstand high-volume use, the shelf has an aluminum base and a stainless steel top. To keep the unit elevated off countertops, it has 4-inch legs with nonslip, rubber feet to stabilize the unit.
