The Hatco GRS-66-G Glo-Ray® heated shelf is designed to warm cooked food. It is rectangular and accessible from both sides, making it great for buffet lines or pass-thru areas. The thermostatic control system can be adjusted to match the temperature required for each dish, and the fiberglass insulation maintains the desired temperature. For even heating, the element has a blanket-style design that reduces the number of hot spots. This model has a stainless steel top€”which can be wiped clean in case of spills€”and an aluminum base that stays in place using rubber feet.
