The Hatco GRS-66-K Glo-Ray® heated shelf heats food and keeps it fresh until served. Its large, 66-inch by 23¹/₂-inch surface accommodates lots of product, whether in plates, steam pans, or sheet pans. Food can be accessed from either side, so this unit works well in busy buffet lines or pass-thru areas between kitchens and serving areas. Its temperature can be adjusted using the thermostatic controls and its blanket element distributes consistent heat across the top. For durability, the unit is made of stainless steel and extruded aluminum and, for stability, its adjustable legs have nonskid feet.
