Made of extruded aluminum and stainless steel, the Hatco GRS-72-A Glo-Ray® heated shelf is a great choice for professional kitchens. The stainless steel top is shielded from scratches and corrosion and, whenever the unit is accidentally bumped, rubber feet hold the unit in place. The shelf is open to offer access from either side, whether in a pass-thru window or buffet line. The surface provides consistent temperatures at a convenient, adjustable level. To increase efficiency, fiberglass insulation concentrates heat around the top and prevents heat loss from air contact.
