The Hatco GRS-72-C Glo-Ray® heated shelf has a strong aluminum base featuring adjustable legs with rubber feet that hold it level in place. Its warming surface is made of stainless steel to minimize scarring and expedite cleaning. Using the thermostatic controls, employees can set the temperature to the necessary level. For heating efficiency, fiberglass insulation focuses heat around the top, while the blanket-style heater design eliminates cold spots. This 72-inch-long unit is accessible from both the front and back, making it ideal for buffet lines or pass-thru areas.
