On its surface, cooked food can be kept warm until it is served because it is heated by a blanket-type element designed for uniform distribution without cold or hot spots. For accuracy and flexibility with different products, the temperature can be adjusted on the thermostat. Fiberglass insulation reduces heat loss, keeping heat around the top warming surface. This unit is elevated off the counter by adjustable legs, and their slip-resistant feet increase stability.
