The blanket-type element in the Hatco GRS-72-E heated shelf evenly distributes heat across the 72-inch-long warming surface, holding cooked food until it is served to guests. It can be placed almost anywhere€”from buffet lines and catered events to pass-thru windows and work stations. Because it has an adjustable thermostat, the operator can select the operating temperature depending on the product. Made of stainless steel, the top can be wiped clean quickly, and the extruded aluminum base increases the unit's strength. Legs elevate the unit off the counter, and for stability, they are adjustable and have slip-resistant feet.
