Its blanket-type element keeps the heating pattern uniform, eliminating hot or cold spots. Fiberglass insulation in the body of the shelf minimizes heat loss, helping maintain the temperature set on the adjustable thermostat. The stainless steel top provides durability and aids in cleaning, while the extruded aluminum base withstands high-volume commercial use.
