The Hatco GRS-72-G heated shelf is a freestanding unit measuring 72 inches wide by 15³/₄ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high. It's fitted with 4-inch nonslip rubber feet for stability on countertops, tables and serving lines. By using the precise adjustable thermostat, operators can adjust its temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the holding requirements.

The Hatco GRS-72-G warming shelf's top is made of easy-to-clean stainless steel that can endure rigorous use and resist rust and corrosion. For additional durability and corrosion resistance, its base is made of extruded aluminum. So heat is distributed evenly, it features a blanket-type heating element, while the built-in fiberglass insulation improves efficiency by preserving heat.
