The Hatco GRS-72-K heated shelf can be set to a temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the precise adjustable thermostat. To distribute warmth evenly for optimal holding, it's designed with a blanket-type heating element. This unit is insulated with fiberglass to improve efficiency, preserving generated temperatures near the surface.

For durability and corrosion resistance, the Hatco GRS-72-K warming shelf features a stainless steel top and extruded aluminum base. This freestanding model measures 72 inches wide by 23¹/₂ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high overall and features 4-inch nonslip rubber feet to maintain stability on tables and countertops. This unit can be implemented in various food warming setups for front- and back-of-house applications.
