The Hatco GRSB-72-O warming shelf utilizes thermal foil technology and fiberglass insulation to effectively produce and maintain temperatures that can be set on the adjustable thermostat. Its aluminum surface enables uniform heat distribution with a 200 degrees Fahrenheit limit, and this unit features an on/off switch that illuminates when the shelf is powered on.

Featured in the Glo-Ray® series, the Hatco GRSB-72-O heated shelf is an excellent unit for keeping hot food fresh and ready to serve. Its recessed, droop-in construction neatly contains crispy pizza and warm pastries, while the flanged trim enables front-of-house displays.
