To add a permanent heated surface to buffet lines and pickup areas, the Hatco GRSBF-30-F Glo-Ray® rectangular heated shelf can be installed in a 30³/₄-inch wide by 16¹/₄-inch deep countertop cutout. Its ³/₄-inch flanged edge lets this 31¹/₂-inch-wide by 17-inch-deep by 2¹/₄-inch-tall unit fit into a cutout, while the included mounting brackets simplify installation.

The Hatco GRSBF-30-F heated shelf's hard-coated aluminum exterior resists corrosion to preserve its original condition throughout heavy use, while its flush edge establishes a streamlined look that complements existing surfaces. Staff can precisely modify external temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit with its thermostatic control. While its blanket-type foil element evenly distributes heat for consistent warming, its fiberglass insulation traps heat on the surface. For simple operation, it's built with an on/off switch that glows during use.
