To keep food pans, pizzas, and to-go orders warm and ready to serve, the Hatco GRSBF-30-O Glo-Ray® built-in heated shelf's thermostatically controlled surface can maintain temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type foil heating element disperses warmth evenly across the hard-coated aluminum surface, and these temperatures can be set to specific level on the adjustable thermostat. To preserve generated heat, fiberglass insulation retains warmth near the unit's surface, and its simple power switch glows during use so employees can determine if the unit is on at a glance.

This Hatco GRSBF-30-O built-in heated shelf measures 31¹/₂ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 2¹/₄ inches tall, featuring a 0.75-inch flanged edge that enables installation into countertop cutouts as large as 30³/₄ inches wide by 30³/₄ inches deep. To expedite and ease installation, it includes mounting brackets. Its flush, aluminum surface establishes a sleek, streamlined look that doesn't overwhelm existing service stations. This aluminum metal top resists corrosion and can be wiped clean between uses.
