Its flush-top, hard-coated aluminum surface resists corrosion and wear through rigorous use, maintaining a sleek, upscale look. Great for pizza, pre-packaged meals, and to-go orders, it boasts a 37¹/₂-inch-wide by 31¹/₂-inch-deep usable surface area.

The Hatco GRSBF-36-O rectangular heated shelf's thermostat can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure foods are held at safe serving temperatures. Its blanket-type foil heating element has an expansive design that ensures even heat distribution across its smooth exterior, and to conserve energy and lengthen holding time, fiberglass insulation preserves generated heat near the surface. A built-in power rocker switch illuminates when the unit is in use so staff can discern the power status at a glance.
