Because the Hatco GRSBF-36-S Glo-Ray® built-in heated shelf's thermostat can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, it's great for containing food at safe serving temperatures. Its blanket-type heating element disperses heat evenly across the surface, while the fiberglass insulation retains generated heat near the top of the unit. Users can quickly turn this unit off or on with the rocker-style power switch, which glows when in use to indicate the power status to employees.

The Hatco GRSBF-36-S rectangular warming shelf measures 37¹/₂ inches wide by 25¹/₂ inches deep by 2¹/₄ inches high and can be installed into countertop cutouts as large as 36³/₄ inches wide by 24³/₄ inches deep. This unit features a ³/₄-inch flanged edge and includes mounting brackets for simplified installation in buffet lines and service stations. For smooth countertop presentations, its corrosion-resistant hard-coated aluminum surface sports a flush-top design.
