To establish a seamless countertop appearance in buffet lines and prep stations, the Hatco GRSBF-42-F Glo-Ray® built-in heated shelf can be installed in a 42³/₄-inch-wide by 16¹/₄-inch-deep surface cutout. It includes mounting brackets to ease assembly, and with a flush hard-coated aluminum surface, this unit resists corrosion and wear and is simple to wipe clean. To accommodate food pans, to-go orders, and other prepared meals, it has a 43¹/₂-inch-wide by 17-inch-wide surface.

The Hatco GRSBF-42-F warming shelf's blanket-type heating element evenly distributes warmth across the aluminum top to minimize temperature fluctuation and lengthen holding times. Built-in fiberglass insulation preserves heat near the surface, and to accommodate various capacities, staff can adjust temperatures to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the thermostatic control. For simple operation, this unit features an on/off rocker switch that illuminates while the unit is in use.
