For operators interested in adding a permanent heated surface to buffet lines or carryout stations, the Hatco GRSBF-42-I Glo-Ray® built-in heated shelf has a flush design that fits countertop cutouts as large as 42³/₄ inches wide by 20¹/₄ inches deep. Its ³/₄-inch flanged edge enables drop-in installation, while the provided mounting brackets expedite setup. This 43¹/₂-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep warmer's corrosion-resistant aluminum surface accommodates to-go orders, pizzas, and other prepared meals, and this piece can be easily cleaned between uses.

Because of its aluminum top and blanket-type thermal element, the Hatco GRSBF-42-I warming shelf efficiently conducts and distributes heat. Fiberglass insulation preserves generated heat near the surface to conserve energy, minimize temperature fluctuations, and extend holding times. As menus change, operators can precisely modify temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the thermostatic control. For simple operation, this unit is built with an on/off rocker switch that illuminates to show the unit is on.
