Because the Hatco GRSBF-42-S Glo-Ray® heated shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, it's great for holding pizzas and to-go orders at safe serving temperatures. Its blanket-type foil element ensures even heat distribution across the thermally conductive aluminum surface, while fiberglass insulation maintains generated temperatures for extended periods of time. A simple on/off power rocker switch eases operation and illuminates when it's in use so operators know the unit is in operation.

For sleek, seamless presentation in restaurants, buffets, and cafeterias, the Hatco GRSBF-42-S rectangular heated shelf can be dropped in a cutout as large as 42³/₄ inches wide by 24³/₄ inches deep. It includes a ³/₄-inch flanged edge and mounting brackets that facilitate drop-in installation. While its flush-top design eases cleaning, its 43¹/₂-inch-wide by 25¹/₂-inch-deep hard-coat aluminum surface resists corrosion and wear through high-volume use.
