Great for cafeterias, buffets, and restaurants, this Hatco GRSBF-48-O Glo-Ray® built-in heated shelf features a ³/₄-inch flanged edge and fits countertop cutouts as large as 48³/₄ inches wide by 30³/₄ inches deep. This unit includes mounting brackets to facilitate streamlined installation. Its hard-coated aluminum surface measures 49¹/₂ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep and resists corrosion and wear throughout high-volume use. Because it's flush to the countertop, this unit can simply be wiped clean.

For uniform results, the Hatco GRSBF-48-O rectangular warming shelf's blanket-type heating element disperses warmth evenly across the top, while its fiberglass insulation retains internal heat. Staff can adjust temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control to accommodate ever-changing menus. The built-in rocker switch eases operation and illuminates during use to prevent employee injuries.
