Installing the Hatco GRSBF-60-F Glo-Ray® built-in heated shelf into a buffet line or countertop establishes a permanent heated surface that maintains safe serving temperatures for food pans and to-go orders. For a cohesive look, this flush, 61¹/₂-inch-wide by 17-inch-deep by 2¹/₄-inch-high warmer fits a countertop cutout as wide as 60³/₄ inches and as deep as 16¹/₄ inches. Its smooth, hard-coated aluminum surface resists corrosion and wear and can simply be wiped clean between uses.

To accommodate various menu items, the Hatco GRSBF-60-F heated shelf's thermostat can be adjusted to temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type heating element disperses heat evenly across the conductive surface to minimize temperature fluctuations, while its fiberglass insulation retains heat near the surface to conserve energy and extend food freshness. This warmer's simple rocker switch can be quickly flipped on or off and glows when the unit is in use.
