For precise temperature adjustments, the Hatco GRSBF-72-F Glo-Ray® rectangular heated shelf features a thermostat with a maximum setting of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For consistent warming, its blanket-type heat element ensures even thermal distribution across the conductive aluminum surface, while fiberglass insulation minimizes heat loss. This unit is built with a simple on/off rocker switch that glows during use so operators can discern its power status at a glance.

The Hatco GRSBF-72-F built-in heated shelf's corrosion-resistant, hard-coated aluminum surface measures 73¹/₂ inches wide by 17 inches deep to accommodate variously sized food pans, wrapped or boxed meals, and to-go orders. Because it fits flush with the countertop, this shelf is simple to wipe clean and creates a smooth, seamless finish. This flanged-edge unit fits a 72³/₄-inch-wide by 16¹/₄-inch-deep cutout and includes mounting brackets to expedite installation.
