Ideal for large pizzas or pans of desserts, it accommodates 19-inch pans and measures 20³/₄ inches in diameter by 3²³/₂₅ inches high overall. When placing an order, operators can select this unit's Designer color.

Suitable for high-volume use, the Hatco GRSR-19 heated shelf's housing and top are made of stainless steel€”an easy-to-clean, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal. To accommodate various holding needs, this unit's base is thermostatically controlled. Operators can quickly power the unit down with an on/off rocker switch, which illuminates during use.
