The Hatco GRSSB-2418 shelf warmer's base is thermostatically controlled; operators can set the temperature between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A built-in model, it's designed for placement in a countertop and features a separate control box with a 3-foot conduit and plug. This unit is ideal for event venues, cafeterias, buffet-style restaurants, and other self-serve settings.

To distribute heat evenly and maintain food quality, the Hatco GRSSB-2418 heated shelf is built with a blanket-type heating element. For a contemporary, organic feel, it sports a durable simulated stone surface. Overall, this Glo-Ray®-series unit measures 26⁵/₈ inches wide by 19⁵/₈ inches deep by 2²⁷/₁₀₀ inches high.
