To add an upscale flair to buffet lines, pass-through areas, and hot food displays, the Hatco GRSSB-4818 Glo-Ray® heated shelf resembles stone and comes in night sky black. This 49⁵/₈-inch-wide by 19⁵/₈-inch-deep by 2²⁷/₁₀₀-inch-high warmer provides ample space for hors d'oeuvres, plated foods, and packaged meals, and its food-safe Swanstone® construction enables contents to be placed directly on the surface. For a flush look, it can be inserted into a metal countertop cutout as large as 48⁸⁷/₁₀₀ inches wide by 18⁸⁷/₁₀₀ inches deep.

A blanket-type foil element ensures heat is distributed uniformly across the Hatco GRSSB-4818 heated shelf's surface, and operators can adjust the thermostat from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit as holding requirements change. Its flush-mount thermostatic control box features a lighted power rocker switch that illuminates when the unit is on so users can quickly determine the unit's power status. Because the controls are recessed, they minimize the risk of inadvertent adjustment.
