This 48³/₁₀-inch-wide by 18³/₁₀-inch-deep by 6³/₂₀-inch-high unit features a black ceramic glass surface that adds a neutral backdrop to presentation of hors d'oeurves and prepared meals while also complementing established decorative themes in hotels, restaurants, and buffets. To further reinforce its upscale look, operators can select a Designer black, Designer white, or stainless steel trim mounting ring during purchase.

For short-term holding, the Hatco HBG-4818 countertop warming shelf is equipped with a thermostatic control that lets users set a temperature between 100 and 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Its highly conductive surface evenly disperses heat for uniform results, and because this surface is made of food-safe material, food can be placed on it directly. For user safety, staff can quickly determine the power status as the rocker switch illuminates during use.
