This 25⁵/₈-inch-wide by 19⁵/₈-inch-deep by 2¹/₅-inch-high unit features a thermostatically controlled, food-safe glass top that enables contents to be placed directly on its surface to maximize heating and enhance presentation. Its sleek black design adds an upscale flair to self-service areas; operators can choose from a Designer black, Designer white, or stainless steel trim mounting ring to match established themes.

The Hatco HBGB-24818 heated shelf's glass surface distributes heat evenly to eliminate cold spots that could affect food quality. To ensure foods are held at safe serving temperatures for short periods, operators can adjust temperatures from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control.
