Metro HS1436 36"W Countertop Warming Shelf - Stainless Steel, 120v

To ensure to-go orders are warm when they?re picked up, the Metro HS1436 Super Erecta? hot heated shelf's low-wattage foil heating elements are adhered to an aluminum diffuser to distribute radiant heat evenly across the stainless steel surface. As holding requirements change, operators can adjust the thermostatic control to produce surface temperatures as hot as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and this control includes an accessible power switch for quick operation.

The Metro HS1436 heated shelf's smooth stainless steel surface resists rust and corrosion, can be wiped clean, and measures 35¹⁵?₁₆ inches wide by 14⁵?₈ inches deep to accommodate food pans, pizza boxes, and to-go orders. Because it includes four 3-inch polymer feet, this configurable unit can be displayed on a countertop. It also comes with four polymer split sleeves that can be mounted to the Super Erecta SiteSelect? posts (sold separately).
