Metro HS1848 48"W Countertop Warming Shelf - Stainless Steel, 120v

For straightforward operation, the Metro HS1848 Super Erecta? hot heated shelf features a control panel containing a power switch and thermostatic control, which operators can use to modify temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit as warming requirements evolve. Once temperatures are preset, the low-wattage heating elements and aluminum diffuser generate and distribute uniform radiant heat across the shelf's surface.

Because the Metro HS1848 heated shelf includes four polymer feet and a bag of split sleeves, it can be used as a standalone unit or implemented into an existing shelving configuration. Its 48¹⁵?₁₆-inch-wide by 18⁵?₈-inch-deep structure accommodates food pans, pizza boxes, and to-go orders. To prolong its service life and simplify end-of-day cleaning, its surface is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
