The Metro HS2436 Super Erecta? hot heated shelf features an adjustable thermostat with a 200-degree-Fahrenheit maximum temperature?great for keeping food pans and to-go orders warm. For consistent results, its foil elements and aluminum diffuser direct heat toward the shelf's surface, evenly distributing temperatures. This heating system produces enough heat to warm its 35¹⁵?₁₆-inch-wide by 24⁵?₈-inch-deep surface. To turn the unit on or off with ease, its control panel includes a power switch.

So it maintains its original look through frequent use, the Metro HS2436 hot shelf's surface is made of durable, easy-to-clean, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, featuring black epoxy-coated corners.
