Metro HS2442 42"W Countertop Warming Shelf - Stainless Steel, 120v

Adjustable to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Metro HS2442 Super Erecta? hot heated shelf can be used to warm pizzas, to-go orders, and food pans. Operators can simply modify temperatures with the thermostatic control and turn the unit on or off with the power switch. Once the desired temperature is set, the foil heating elements and aluminum diffuser guide heat toward the shelf's surface for even distribution. Because the shelf's interior is aluminum, it conducts heat efficiently.

This Metro HS2442 heated shelf warmer sports a smooth stainless steel surface that resists rust and corrosion and can be wiped clean.
