Its durable stainless steel surface resists rust and corrosion and can be wiped clean after order retrieval. Because it's built with an inner core, this unit is highly conductive?great for efficient, uniform heat distribution.

The Metro HS2448 heated shelf's foil elements are adhered to an aluminum diffuser to produce enough heat to warm the shelf's surface. Operators can modify shelf surface temperatures with the thermostatic control, which can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A simple-to-operate power switch built onto the control panel eases operation.
