Bakers Pride P44S Hearthbake Countertop Quadruple Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - 208v

The Bakers Pride P44S HearthBake countertop deck oven quickly cooks pizza, pretzels, flatbreads, and other baked goods. Made of Cordierite stone, the decks are 3.25 inches high to fit and evenly bake thick foods. This unit has two sections with separate doors, dial controls, and two 15-minute timers that help employees monitor cooking times while preparing other foods in the kitchen. When the timer reaches the set time, it rings constantly until turned off. Operators can use the temperature dial to set the temperature from 284 to 680 degrees Fahrenheit, but the interior ranges from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit because some heat is lost while cooking.

Made of aluminized steel, the Bakers Pride P44S countertop pizza oven's interior lasts longer than porcelain interiors. To trap heat inside the oven, its walls are insulated, and the exterior surfaces are stainless steel, providing dent and corrosion resistance. Adjustable legs help the oven stand upright and raise the vents away from the floor. If more than one oven is needed, the units can be stacked to save space.
