Blodgett 1415 Countertop Single Bakery Deck Oven - 220v

The Blodgett 1415 countertop pizza oven is a single-deck oven that includes the base only and doesna€™t come with legs. It can cook product at temperatures from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and is insulated with 1 inch of mineral fiber on the top, bottom, back and sides to conserve heat. For straightforward operation, its display is digital, while a 12-hour timer with audible alerts is built in to track cooking times.

The Blodgett 1415 countertop oven operates with three tube-type heaters and has a drop-down door with a handle that provides users access to the interior cavity. Lined with aluminized steel, the internal baking compartment heats up quickly and evenly for uniform cooking. Outside, the oven's top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel for enhanced durability in busy environments.
